Participant Entry Form

Entries open 9am EST on Tuesday 29 December 2009 with the first official start date for the competition being Friday 1 January 2010; entrants are permitted to upload their before photos up to 72 hours prior to their actual selected start date and time of the competition.

Below is your official 2010 National Fat-Loss-A-Thon Competition Entry Form.

Simply fill out the details and click submit, you will then be redirected to the Participants Area. You can log back into this area any time by using your email address as your username and the password you choose on the entry form below.

The Participants Area will give you access to information on how to follow the Real Body Real Food Plan, downloadable exercise diaries, nutritional information, recipes, etc. This is also where you will come back to when you finish the competition to upload your 'after photos' and answer the final competition questions on your post-competition entry form.

9. Please upload your ‘before’ photos here (if you wish to do the 12-week program without entering the competition you can upload any 2 images instead of your 2 before photos e.g. pictures of your dog, cat, holiday!), however you won't be in the running for the $13,000 in cash and prizes):

  • Upload one full length photo from the front and one full length photo from behind.
  • You can wear swimwear or sports/gym wear, whatever you feel most comfortable in. Try to wear more fitting clothes rather than loose fitting clothes if opting for sports/gym wear as your changes at the end of the competition will be easier to see.
  • Please ensure your photos are a minimum of 1200 pixels wide and are saved in JPEG format.

Note: if your photos are too large the entry form will time out; please resize your photos to 1200 pixels wide before uploading. If your entry does time out, try logging in with your email address and password before completing a new entry form as your account may have already been created and all that is left to do is make your donation!
